Push notifications alert you to live-game updates, settlement results, and withdrawal status — enable them in your app settings. The mobile experience includes all desktop features: live tables, football markets, deposit/withdrawal, account settings, and live chat. Battery consumption is optimised; the app uses background-data minimally and respects your device's low-power mode. Mobile web access requires no download and syncs with your app account in real time.

Android app installation

Our Android app is available via Google Play Store (search "erek kunci") and direct APK download from our website. Google Play installation is recommended: open Google Play, search for "erek kunci", tap "Install", and allow permissions for camera (ID verification), storage (receipts), and location (optional, for payment processing). APK direct install is available if Google Play access is restricted in your region. Download the APK from our app page, enable "Unknown sources" in your device settings (Settings > Security > Unknown sources), and tap the downloaded file to install. Both methods result in identical functionality. Android 7.0+ is required. After installation, log in with your erek kunci account credentials. The app updates automatically via Google Play; manual APK updates are available if auto-update is disabled.

iOS access notes

Apple App Store does not currently host our app due to regional content policies. iOS users access erek kunci via a web app: open Safari, navigate to erekkunci.id, and tap "Share" > "Add to Home Screen". This creates an app-like icon on your home screen that launches our full-featured web app. The web app runs in full-screen mode and syncs with your account in real time. Alternatively, use the Testflight beta programme to access a native iOS app (if available in your region) — contact our support team for a Testflight link. Web-app access requires no permissions beyond standard browser access (camera for ID verification is handled via browser permissions). iOS 13+ is supported. Performance on older devices (iPhone 6s / 7) may be slower due to video streaming; use "low-quality" video settings in the app if you experience lag.

Web app and browser version

The web version of erek kunci (erekkunci.id) is fully featured and runs on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). No download is required; simply log in and play. Web performance exceeds mobile app performance on desktop and tablet due to larger screens and faster processors. Use the web version for live-dealer table play if your mobile connection is unstable — desktop bandwidth is typically more reliable. The web app stores your session locally; you remain logged in across page reloads unless you clear browser data or log out manually. Bookmarking the site in your browser (Ctrl+D / Cmd+D) saves one-click access. Mobile web access (via phone browser) offers the same features as the app but may consume more data due to responsive image loading. If you prefer app-like behaviour on mobile, use "Add to Home Screen" (see iOS notes above). Live-table video streams work best on 4G+ connections; 3G playback may buffer.

Data usage and optimisation

Our platform minimises data usage for low-bandwidth users. Live-table video streams can be toggled to 240p (data-saver mode) or 720p (full quality) in settings. Text-only mode disables all video and images — useful for ultra-low-bandwidth connections. Slot and table graphics are lazy-loaded (they load only when you scroll to them), reducing initial page load. Account dashboard, rules, and settlement history are cached locally so they load instantly on repeat visits. Football and esports markets load text and odds first; images follow. Estimated data usage: 20–30 MB per hour of live-table viewing (high quality), 2–5 MB per hour (low quality). Sportsbook browsing uses under 1 MB per hour. Enable "Data saver" mode in your account settings to auto-reduce video quality and disable auto-play video clips. The app's offline mode displays cached account balance, betting history, and game rules without a live connection — use this to verify your account details before placing a bet on reconnection.
